Kids Classes

Group and private classes


for ages 4 and up!

Our youth program emphasizes on creative workouts to promote fitness, self-defense, self confidence, and respect. As your kid(s) progresses in our classes, it will help improve with any school sports. Furthermore, our program increases hand-eye coordination, footwork, endurance, strength, team building, discipline, and conflict resolution. Their first class is FREE.
